01 Who we are

Pitcrew ({legal trading name, CRO Nº TBC}) provides an AI receptionist service to independent garages in Ireland. For calls Maggie answers on a garage's behalf, the garage is the data controller and Pitcrew is its processor — the booking details belong to the garage you rang, exactly as if a person there had taken the call.

02 What Maggie collects on a call

• Your name, mobile number and vehicle registration — to make or find your booking
• What the job is — so the garage knows why you rang
• A recording and transcript of the call

That's the list. No addresses, no payment details, nothing else. Maggie tells you at the start of every call that she's an AI and that the call is recorded — as required by EU law (AI Act, Article 50).

03 How long we keep it

• Recordings and transcripts: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Booking details (name, mobile, reg, job): kept by your garage as part of its normal customer records, like any booking in its diary.
• Reminder texts (NCT or service due): only ever sent if you said yes when Maggie asked. Reply STOP to any reminder to opt out.

04 Where it lives

Caller data is processed and stored within the European Union. We don't sell it, share it beyond the garage you rang and the technology providers who run the service under GDPR data-processing agreements, or use it for anything except running the service.

05 This website

No cookies, no tracking pixels, no ad tech. If we use analytics, it's cookieless, aggregate visitor counting only — which is why there's no cookie banner to click.

06 Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing. For anything about a call to a specific garage, you can also ask the garage directly — they're the controller. Contact: {privacy@pitcrew.ie — set up before launch}.
